When a man suffers a strong hit in the testicles and scrotum area, the first thing he will notice is a strong pain. This pain can also be felt in the abdominal area due to the nerve connection.
In addition, in case of a severe kick, the testicles can be inflamed which is known as orchitis.
A kick or hit on the testes rarely causes serious consequences in men, such as testicular torsion or inflammation of the epididymis.
