Pregnant women who are not immunized against toxoplasmosis should follow a diet with some restrictions, such as not eating raw meat or sausages. It is also important to freeze meat before cooking it and, in addition, to cook it very well so that it does not have red parts. Finally, make sure not to drink water that may be contaminated.
