A woman who has had an ectopic pregnancy may be concerned about whether it will be possible to become pregnant and have a normal pregnancy in the future.
The truth is that it is possible to become pregnant again and have a normal pregnancy after an ectopic pregnancy. However, if the woman has had a previous ectopic pregnancy, the chances of it happening again are increased.
For this reason, a woman in this situation should consult a specialist as soon as she knows she is pregnant again.
