Depending on the cause of male infertility, the problem may or may not be reversible. On certain occasions, medical treatments based mainly on hormones can be applied or natural treatments can be used to improve, for example, seminal quality. When the problem is irreversible, it is generally necessary to resort to assisted reproduction techniques if the man wishes to have children.
