Tubal reversal is a surgical intervention in which anesthesia is used, and therefore consequences may arise from its administration. However, this is not the only thing. Other risks are also associated with the recanalization of the fallopian tubes, such as infection, bleeding, or increased possibility of extra-uterine pregnancy, i.e., ectopic abortion.
