Invasive treatments for myomatosis

In cases where invasive treatments for myomatous wombs are needed, the following treatments can be chosen:

Embolization of the uterine arteries
It consists of introducing particles through these arteries so that blood stops reaching the fibroid. In this way, it will reduce its size or even disappear.
Myomectomy
consists of removing the fibroids. It is usually performed by hysteroscopy or laparoscopy.
Hysterectomy
consists of removing the uterus. It's the last option.
