Depending on the cause of decreased endometrial receptivity, the specialist will have to take one strategy or another so that the patient does not suffer any more implantation failures or miscarriages.
For example, when a displaced implantation window is confirmed, a frozen embryo must be transferred at the time of the most favorable menstrual cycle for implantation to occur.
On the other hand, if the patient suffers a chronic infection such as endometritis, antibiotic treatment will be necessary first.
If the cause of the low uterine receptivity is thrombophilia, the patient will have to administer aspirin and heparin drugs during treatment and subsequent pregnancy.
