A varicocele can alter the sperm production process, as well as testosterone levels. This can lead to more severe sperm disorders that prevent pregnancy, including:
- Oligozoospermia
- low sperm concentration.
- Asthenospermia
- low sperm motility.
- Teratozoospermia
- abnormal sperm morphology.
