Vasectomy is a male sterilization method whose effectiveness is very close to 100%. When a man undergoes a vasectomy, he will undergo several seminograms until he confirms that there are no sperm in his ejaculate. Therefore, vasectomy does not prevent ejaculation nor does it affect sexuality.
In addition, another advantage of vasectomy is that it is a fairly simple procedure compared, for example, to tubal ligation.
