About 90% of the vitamin D levels we have in our body are produced by the body itself from sun exposure.
However, the remaining 10% of the vitamin D amounts are acquired through the diet. Some of the foods that have a high amount of vitamin D are shown in the picture. For example: oily fish, egg yolk, liver, milk and mushrooms are rich in vitamin D.
