It is easy to assume that this beta wait becomes endless and agonizing for couples, who do not stop thinking about the result that the pregnancy test will offer.
Tips for reducing stress during beta-wait include:
- Live a normal life, as long as the specialist has not indicated otherwise.
- Organize various activities and plans to keep your head busy with things other than the result of IVF treatment.
- Do not look for possible pregnancy symptoms.
Despite this, the couple can also resort to psychological support if they deem it necessary.
