More than 50% of pregnant women suffer from stretch marks. Stretch marks are red or white lines that are located on different parts of the body, especially on the abdomen, as a result of the stretching of the skin due to the growth of the belly during pregnancy.
Drinking water, moderate exercise, healthy diet and skin hydration are some of the tips to keep in mind to help prevent the appearance of stretch marks during pregnancy. In addition, it is recommended to avoid sun exposure and practice circular massages on the skin.
