In IVF procedures, the patient's ovaries are stimulated in order to produce multiple eggs in a single cycle. Then, the eggs are inseminated with donor sperm, and the resulting embryos presenting the highest-quality are transferred to the uterus.
Sperm donor semen vials must go through a freezing-thawing process without exception to confirm the absence of viral diseases.
